Nurture Your NOvember No's

It's NOvember, so we're talking about NO! When you get a
'no' it's easy to scratch that person off of the list. In our DVD
Movie, we had many people talk about this - one was from one of
our sales experts, Mark Heerema.
Mark said: "I realized that in order for me to really succeed, and this
is my first lesson - that I had to get my NOs in order to get yeses. I
was never taught that, no one ever told me that. So what I learned was,
"No" is inevitable - I was going to get no - the question
was, what was I going to do with it?"
So, when you get a 'no' just don't throw it away...
... Get curious. Why is it a No?
... Stay persistent. Check back again in the near future. And
again.
... And if it's firm (they are not qualified/it will always be no) then
thank them for the 'no.' A good no is always better than a bad yes.
Nurture your no's as they often will grow up to become
YESES!
