It's easy to be grateful for the yeses that come our way. But the challenge is to
also be just as grateful for the no's.
There is power in learning to appreciate all opportunities that come our way.
When you ask and you get a no, be grateful both in your mind and in your actions. You can appreciate someone for taking the time to give you their answer and thank them.
When you get a yes, of course you will feel grateful for that as well.
The consistency of this gratitude and appreciation creates an abundance rather than a lack mentality. It's difficult to be depressed or
feel sorry for yourself when you are grateful. And it's more fun to be persistent when you feel grateful.
As Tony Robbins said, "When you are grateful, fear disappears and abundance appears.”
