Just a little Christmas NOtivation to get you in the spirit of the season.
It’s a great question. But why must it be a choice? It is a false choice of course because you can be both. You can be a very kind and caring person and be wildly persistent.
These false choices are everywhere and to the extent that you allow yourself to believe in them, you limit yourself.
For example, many people believe you can’t be a great networker if you are an introvert. Or if you are excellent at customer service you can’t be a great salesperson. Or you are great at starting conversations but you are not a ‘closer.’
So as we wrap up the year and you think about your goals for the next year, remember that you are not limited to either/or choices. Whoever you believe yourself to be… you can be so much more. Forget being an ‘or’… and become an ‘and!’
