Believe You Have Struggles? by Richard Fenton & Andrea Waltz Of course you have struggles we all do. (Be SURE to watch the video in our Recommends section!) The key is to embrace the struggle and be grateful for all of your experiences and not just the ones you believe are good for you - including the
rejections.
About ten years ago, we sat at our fax machine waiting for the offer from one of the biggest book publishers in history. Our success with 'Go for No!' up until that time was very limited but we knew it was a great book with tons of potential. At the very last moment they pulled the plug. They decided we didn't have a big enough platform and we'd never probably sell enough books to make it
worthwhile
(even with us agreeing to
personally buy several thousand!) At the time, we were disappointed. But we were determined to continue to build the Go for No! brand and market the book ourselves. Since that time, we've sold nearly 300,000 copies and we've been on Amazon.com's top 20 Sales list for 3 years.
So whatever you are going through - it may seem frustrating now but all the rejection and all the struggle, teaches you. We've heard lots of no's on our own journey. As Einstein said, "I am
thankful for all of those who said NO to me. It's because of them I'm doing it myself."

This Month's Trivia Answer |
Did you read it in school? The book is Moby Dick by Herman Melville. After Melville's death in 1891 the publisher reprinted several of his novels, including Moby Dick and the
book took hold. By the 1940s, Americans at last recognized the genius of his writing and specifically this title which today is considered an American classic.
