action.
In just 30 seconds you watch as actors instantly become...
Thinner...
Smarter...
Prettier...
Richer... Sexier... Powerful...
Happier... and on and on. And HOW
do they do all this? By...
• Taking a pill...
• Watching a show...
• Applying a cream...
• Investing in ____ (fill in the

• Getting plastic surgery...
• Joining a club...
• Dating at lunch...
And, of course, we see these beautiful people getting all these amazing
benefits and living these perfect lives, and we want it, too! Fact is,
ALL those things are possible. Another fact: None of them is

which is: Anything worthwhile will require discipline and hard
