Dealing With the Weirdness of 2025 Â Â by Andrea Waltz & Richard
Fenton  Tomorrow kicks off October 1. The last 3 months of 2025. The final quarter. And let's be honest: this year has been⊠strange. Not a full-blown recession. Not a booming recovery. More like
the whole world has been walking around in a fog of uncertainty. Plus of course, sadly, wars and violence. AI is reshaping everything, nobody's quite sure where it's headed, and "business as usual" doesnât feel so usual anymore. Here's what we do know: uncertainty can either freeze you⊠or fuel you. The people who will end 2025 on an upswing are the ones willing to act despite the uncertainty. Not waiting for the fog to clear. Not waiting for guarantees. (There never have been guarantees but now it's like the warranty is fully
expired!) So... move forward anyway with courage. It doesn't mean youâre not scared. Courage means you keep making calls, asking, creating, and building even when your brain is screaming, "What if it doesnât work?!" Reminds me of the Will Rogers quote, "Even if youâre on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there." October through December is both the end of the year and the chance to prove to yourself that uncertainty doesnât run your life... you do. So as the calendar flips, hereâs the challenge: Ask for the meeting. Pitch the idea. Launch the thing. Say yes to risk. Or just start the conversation. Let the last 90 days be your proof that courage, not certainty, is what creates momentum.
