Happy New Year! 🥂Â
I hope you had a very safe and happy New Year's Eve and that you are starting the day off (year off) with a very strong cup of coffee.Â
So... we know every January starts with good intentions.
And every year, people eventually retreat back to safety, familiar habits, and smaller goals by February.
When it comes to Go for No it's
never from laziness but because asking is uncomfortable and rejection stings.
Plus, momentum is fragile when you're on your own.
That’s why Go for No works best in community.
When you try to implement on your own it's so easy to rationalize not doing the hard stuff and "do it tomorrow."Â
But when you commit to 21 days with others who are also tracking asks, sharing Nos, and joining the group to discuss, something
changes.
There's no bragging it's just real conversations and being accountable.Â
Here are a few questions to ask yourself before the year really gets going:
• What ask are you avoiding because it feels “too big”?
• What opportunity would exist if you were willing to hear more No’s?
• What would change if you made one bold ask every day for 21 days?
If you want 2026 to be more than a repeat of last year, this is where you start.
I've done over two dozen Challenges and I have learned that everyone knows "what to do."Â
But it is incredibly hard to keep going when discomfort or fear arises. Do we work on tactics? Yes!
I will give you a few powerful phrases to use when asking and we'll go deep on how to follow up.Â
But in general, what makes the difference isn’t more information. It’s structure and accountability.Â
For 21 days, the rules are simple. You ask. You track.
