We live near some of the greatest thrill rides and rollercoasters on the planet.
But I confess I am not much of a rollercoaster person. (I
like the Haunted Mansion at Disneyworld. Creepy. Cool. Slow. đ)Â
Plus, I get my thrills by marketing, selling and being an entrepreneur. That's all the excitement one person can take.
Funny thing, though... when you Go
for No, it's just like waiting for that first big drop on a ride.
The scariest part is the anticipation.
Your heart races, your stomach flip flops, and you're filled with nervous excitement, wondering what's going to
happen.Â
You question:
Why did I do this again?? Can I handle this?
There's no turning back. You drop. Plunge. Then you realize it's not as terrifying as you thoughtâitâs actually kinda thrilling.
You get a little rush when you let go and ride through the fear.
Every
ride makes you a tiny bit braver until, eventually, you find yourself saying, I want to go again.
