Just a few days ago we passed the 1/6th mark for 2024.

Go for No! moment: it's an opportunity (created or discovered) when you can ask. 

Recently, Richard and I arrived at the hotel where we were staying for a full day event that started at 8. It was 7 am. Check-in was at 4. We had all our luggage. 

Dare we ask if there was a room available or not? 

A Go for No moment. 

I walked to the front desk. "I know it's ridiculously early and it's crazy we're even asking this... there's no way we can check in now is there?" 

The lady at the front desk said she'd check. A room was available and she gave it to us. 

In your business, you should be creating these moments. Look, and you'll also discover them. 

And...

Go for No moments Do. Not. Last. 

They are fleeting. Do it now or the moment will pass. (Wait and you'll just talk yourself out of it.) 

How can you win the year? 

Your year can be won by executing on more Go for No moments. Create them. Seek them out. And go for it.
