Have you ever hired a personal trainer? We've had several over the last twenty years. The truth is, there's two reasons we've hired trainers over the years.
One, they always work us out harder then we work ourselves. (I'm sure there's some research about not looking like a wimp in front of your trainer.)
And two, we won't flake out knowing there is an actual person waiting for us to show up.
It's embarrassing to admit but hey, at least we do it, right?
I bring this up because when it comes to "going for no" you might feel the same way.
And it got me thinking it's time I do something different this year. That I know people could really benefit from and here it is: a live 21 Day Go for No Challenge with group coaching and accountability each week of the challenge.
If you've ever thought about doing a Go for No Challenge (or you've done one) this could be the best way ever to kick off your year!
It's a simple process. WIth me. All on Zoom.
Keep in mind, this is not passive training. You will need to be available for the majority of the calls and show up. (That's the whole accountability part!) Also, I must keep this class purposely small so, if you can't make the calls, please leave your spot open for someone else.
Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "What I need is someone who will make me do what I can."
If that's me and you'd like to do something bold and different this year, let's do this!
Remember, we start on the 10th and group size is limited, so if you're in, be sure to sign up asap!
P.S. Can't do the challenge but would like to take the Go for No online course?
Sign up and use the coupon code just for the new year: GFNIN22 and take $50 off the course investment of $297. Click here to get in.
